There are worlds of great hikes in Colorado and thus it was not difficult for Keltin and I to find a trail near Telluride. The trail head up to the Bear Creek Falls is a short walk from the main street. This hike was sadly on a time limit as the only parking spot that

While visiting Telluride we sniffed out a good place for a early lunch. We knew that with all the runners and their families in town that all the places to eat on the main street would be packed soon. We decided to stop at Brown Dog Pizza. They had a wall of TVs and Keltin
Keltin and I decided after our hike to Alberta Peak that we were not in the right type of shape to hike a longer trailer at Colorado’s altitude so we decided instead to visit a city that had been calling our name since we arrived: Telluride. We were not expecting the city to be as

After leaving Chimney Rock National Monument Keltin and I were starving and decided it was time to visit Pagosa Brewing Co. We just sampled a flight but they were all good! Wolf Creek Wheat – a cloudy, refreshing beer Classic Pils – light and slightly citrus Chile Verde Cerveza – it’s spicy green chile beer,
Keltin and I debated a lot on this trip about going to Chimney Rock versus Mesa Verde. If we had had more time we would have go to both but in the end with the tours available and the times of those tours we decided to visit Chimney Rock and we were not disappointed. If
This road, I’m not even really sure where to begin. The truth is I had to look up the actually name of the road between Ouray and Silveton – US-550 – but I’ve only ever know it as the Million Dollar Highway. This is a road that will make you pay attention – especially if
