The LBJ National Grasslands near Decatur, TX have miles of trails and many people visit to ride their horse along these trails. We visit to hike and maybe tent camp one day. Last time we visited there were still some wild flowers but the fall foliage was making itself seen and it is too beautiful
Our camping trip to Eisenhower allowed me to really appreciate the last of the summer colors. Texas has a short fall, that begins late and I appreciate the cooler, late summer days full of warm color. I hope you do too. Happy trails! INSTAGRAM│FACEBOOK│TWITTER│YOUTUBE
Since I can’t travel at the moment I have been enjoying the details around the neighborhood! Bear is also enjoying all the extra walks. Stay safe, we will all get through this together – even if we are apart. INSTAGRAM│FACEBOOK│TWITTER│YOUTUBE

Keltin and I live near a lake and enjoy walking to it in the evenings with typically a hyper Bear. Between the wildflowers and the sunset this was a wonderful little adventure.
Bear and I came across this patch of bluebonnets and paintbrushes just around the corner from the house and I had to take his picture with them. Bear in the flowers. As I was taking these it began to sprinkle. And before we made it home it began to really come down in a thunderstorm.
