Upon arriving in Durango, we were starving and decided to visit Steamworks Brewing. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the breeze while eating some good food with some fantastic beer. This was the best way to start our vacation. Our flight: Colorado Kolsch – perfect beer for a hot day. Slightly citrus taste at

The Durango airport is a regional one, not the smallest I’ve ever flown into but close; it was perfect for us and was closer for us as we stayed in Pagosa Springs. We didn’t have to drive several hours like we would have if flying into Denver. Durango is a neat town and the start
In September Keltin and I spent a week exploring beautiful Colorado with his parents and we stayed busy visiting breweries, small mountain towns and hiking every chance we got.
