  1. It was cold. Bitterly cold. The tip of my nose felt liable to crack off. With dreaded anguish, I threw myself out of bed and flinched as my feet hit the cold ground. My toes protested even within the fuzzy socks, I wore. I crossed the wooden floor that cracked with each step. With every step, I got closer to my goal, the fire place in which my fiancé stroked the fire happily. I sat down with a hot mug and smiled at him before turning my look to the windows and their frosty planes.

It was a wonderful day in Lake Arrowhead.

  2. The most memorable trip was our road trip into Jasper Provincial park where we never knew where we were sleeping. We just drove around and wander into campgrounds to look for a site. We cooked with a portable stove and even cooked rice.
