One of our prompts recently was that we all wrote down a wish and then drew someone else’s wish from a hat. Then in our writing we answered the wish is the worst possible way as if we were an angry djinn or forgotten wishing well. Wish Prompt: I wish I were an oscar-meyer wiener.

For this prompt we all selected either one or three Tarot cards. If we just drew one, we made a character from that card; if we selected three, then they were past, present, and future. I opted to select just one card. The card I pulled was Reverse Death, this is meant to symbolize resistance
The prompt from this week’s writing group was historical fiction set a 1,000 or more years into the future. Mine is based off of a mocumentary style historical fiction that someone in the future mistakes for actually history and then runs with making it even more ridiculous. This was a lot of fun to write.
Today’s prompt: dinosaurs Okay, that’s a little too broad. In reality we were each given a time period from the prehistoric past of earth and wrote a story. This is a bit of Welsh mythos-tradition, the only description I was given was a horse skull draped in a cloth that requests
The prompt for this story was to bring a Greco-Roman god or goddess into 2022. I had a lot of fun with this one, I’ve always enjoyed Greek mythology. My only edits are for spelling and a few little organization changes for readability. “If you enjoyed my music please make sure to like and subscribe!”
This was a fun prompt. Everyone selected a book and then rolled 3 10-sided die. Based on the number from the die, we flipped to that page number and after reading either the first line or the whole page we were to continue what we thought might happen. I selected the Necronomicon by H.P. Lovecraft
