Writing Group: Poetry: XVIII

The snow a couple weeks back cancelled our writing group for the week. However, we did have virtual meetup and share haikus about snow. These were easy and fun.

As a reminder haikus are three lined poems with a count of 5-7-5 syllables.

Elsa’s power coats
Bear sniffs, Bear, slips, Bear slides…down
Frost chills soft pup paws

Adult snow days are not
Lazy like those of a child
Where are those lost days?

I hope you enjoyed my short haikus, they were fun. Have you gotten any snow this year? Let me know in the comments and happy writing!
