Last weekend Keltin and I went to the Meyerson to see the Dallas Symphony perform. This is the first one we have been to in a couple of months and we were in love with the music. The first piece was Jongen’s Symphonie Concertante for Organ and Orchestra Op. 81 in four movements. Something that

Last Sunday Keltin and I got to watch Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone with the wonderful scores of the film performed live by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. The symphony orchestra was fantastic. Music live brings a bit more magic to the movie. Also, there is something wonderful about enjoying a movie with hundreds of
Since Keltin and I began going to the symphony this past year he has mentions the desire to see an organ piece performed. Well it just so happens that the Meyerson Symphony Center has an three part organ series and we saw the first last weekend. This performance had a total of three organists playing
Keltin and I have had a busy week but we still found time to squeeze in a performance by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. We always love going because the music sweeps you away. Hearing it in person, feeling the vibrations in the air, the pounding of the drums reverberation in your own chest is magical.

Another musical enjoyed. February has been a busy month for musicals. Not only did Keltin and I get to see The Book of Mormon but I also got to see Anastasia with my Grandmother. My Grandmother helped to foster a love of musicals as a child. I remember watching The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, and West Side Story at her house. This musical shares
The Book of Mormon, a Tony Award winning musical, finally came to the Dallas Summer Musicals. When I was looking at tickets last year this was one that Keltin wanted to see along with Hamilton. That performance is later this year. We laughed through the entire performance. The Book of Mormon was written by the creators of South Park. Thus
