After our day in Portland it was still raining at Mount Rainier but it was mostly just a chilly drizzle so Keltin and I decided that we were going to explore the park some more and spy out all the waterfalls that we could. We had seen Silver Falls on our first day but there

Mount Rainier: Ohanapecosh

After a six mile hike over Rampart Ridge and a picnic I was exhausted but not ready to go back to the cabin. So as Keltin drove from one side of the park to the other I napped in the car. The napped saved me and made sure that I had plenty of energy for

Ashford and Elbe Restaurants

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of restaurants that were available in the area outside of Mount Rainier National Park. These are the ones we visited in the order we visited them. When you visit be aware that the prices do reflect the cost of getting ingredients to the semi-remote area. Ashford – Copper
