For Christmas I received some new cookbooks and I tried a new recipe that turned out too pretty not to share. From Eat Delicious I attempted the Pulled Pork Ramen. It turned out pretty well for my first attempt at mostly homemade ramen.
Overall a flavorful recipe but I will change a couple of things next time: more miso base and I’d use vegetable stock or a bone broth instead of a chicken stock base. Although, my problem could have been that I should have used regular stock over low-sodium.
