At one point in time – the Christmas before college – I was not happy to get cookbooks as gifts. Now I add them to the list myself. This year I received two new ones: Pasta Grannies and Eat Delicious. And I cannot wait to start trying out the recipes.
I found out about Pasta Grannies: The Secrets of Italy’s Best Home Cooks through the YouTube channel. Just reading the portion about making homemade pasta has made me realize that I probably haven’t been doing it right. And that I have a LOT to learn about flour.
Eat Delicious is actually by a food blogger I follow on Instagram. His food always looks amazing. Technology and food are amazing at bringing people together. I’ll let you know which recipes are my favorite, once I finally have time to try a few.

Wait…there’s only 125 recipes for a “daily dose” of awesome. What about the other 200+ days? Are they just mediocre? :)) I always love a good pasta cookbook.

Can you have too many cookbooks? The pasta one looks very interesting, you need to work through that one delicious meal at a time I think.

No you can’t have too many but I do have many I don’t use often enough. And I intend too!
