While on this trip we had a lot of good food. We didn’t eat a ton of Dutch food (besides stroopwafels and those are delicious) but we did eat food from a lot of other cultures. I don’t think we had anything bad. It is too much to list everything but here is a sampling.
Japanese Food
This was dinner the first night at a little place across the street from our hotel. So. Freaking. Delicious. The name of the restaurant is KAGETSU. We also had good ramen

Breakfast

Albert Cuyp Markt
At the market we had Arabic coffee and chai, we had Halal chicken, dumplings, and crepes. I over ate while walking. The dumplings aren’t pictured here but they were spicy. So. Good.

Hademade Noodles!
Seriously, some of the best food I had the whole trip. This was a tiny restaurant that is only open occasionally. The chef makes the noodles as they are ordered. This is Quattro Gatti. Whatever they have on special for the night, get it.

The Dutch learned that having international cuisine is the ticket to successful marketing to tourists. We could take a note from Europeans on that front.
