This is not my recipe but it is delicious and I wanted to share it. I tried making this olive oil cake from Food52. This cake is easy to make and super moist. For this version I switched out the whole milk for oat milk because it is what I had available and no one could tell.
This cake has gotten a lot of love and is supposed to freeze well (I’m testing that). The cake is flavored with a little bit of orange zest and fresh squeezed orange juice although I saw a version of it flavored with lemon and saffron.
