Ireland: Ice Cream in Donegal

We did not do much in Donegal town unfortunately, we arrived a little before lunch and did some early Christmas shopping. One thing that I absolutely loved about all the cities and towns that we visited is that they are pedestrian friendly. This made navigating unfamiliar streets so much easier.

Lunch was not out favorite but this ice cream shop had a line out the door so we had to stop in for a treat before heading on the nexts stop on our road trip. I don’t remember what flavors Keltin tried but I got the honeycomb and it was absolutely delicious. If you are in Donegal and need a treat, this one is worth it!

What are your favorite ice cream flavors or do you like to try different things? Let me know in the comments! Remember to leave no trace and safe travels.

  1. There are so many flavors to choose from, I’ll eat pretty much anything. A local brand makes a flavor known as Mackinac Island Fudge…I guess I’ll lean that way. Fun Post!
