Title: The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay
Author: Michael Chabon
Publication Date: 2000
Publishing House: Picador

Keltin has been after me to read this book for a while and now I know why.
There are a lot of good books out there and this one is well… amazing. The story follows Joe Kavalier and Sam Clay from the time of their early adulthood throughout the course of their lives until the find what they are looking for.

Joe and Sam are partners in New York City after Joe escapes German occupied Prague. Creating comic books and masked heroes together. All the while War World II threatens and sentiments regarding different groups change.

This is a fairly long book and some of it gets dark but oh my goes. Once the story gets going the story pulls you in for a ride. Chabon is a fantastic writer and the way that he describes things is beautiful. I thought Moonglow was well done but Kavalier & Clay is writing on a whole different scale.

Recommended for fans of Michael Chabon, fans of WWII and comic books and fans of Historical Fiction. If you have read this book, let me know what you think. If not, I highly suggest reading it.
