I have not finished a new book this week but I am reading a couple and wanted to share. Yes, I am aware how different the two books below are.
By: Madeline Miller
I freaking love this book. If I didn’t have to sleep and work I would be done with it by now. It is a beautifully written story about the minor Greek goddess Circe, daughter of Helios. I have already added Miller’s other book The Song of Achilles to my to read list.

So I’m actually listening to the audiobook version. I honestly can’t tell how I feel about this book. The story is written in first person and I find the narrator so unreliable (the English degree is showing) that I can’t listen very long. However, that is part of what makes the story intriguing and I really want to know how this book ends.
Anyway, over the next couple of weeks I’ll post the reviews to both of these books. Be on the lookout for them. Have you read either of these books? What did you think of them?
What are you currently reading?
“The Woman In The Window” was actually noticeably different from formula “Woman In..”
books all too popular (& profitable) these days. There are surprises, and looking out through the 1st person’s eyes is time well-spent. you might want to finish it. g.r.
