Foodie Friday: Raspberry-Lime Yogurt Dip


I know, it has been awhile since I posted a recipe but life gets in the way. Anyway I have done a ton of cooking recently and I have a few fantastic recipes to post. The first of which is perfect for spring.

My boyfriend’s parents were in town last weekend and we decided that a picnic at Trinity Park would be perfect. Well a cold front blew in but we went anyway and it was a cool but wonderful morning. I made this yogurt dip the night before; I hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.


  • 1 C. Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Tsp. Lime Zest
  • 1 Tbs. Lime Juice
  • 1 ½ C. Original Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbs. Local Honey


  1. In a sieve set over a bowl place the raspberries. Mash with a spoon, juicing the raspberries. Discard seeds.
  2. Mix in lime zest and juice.
  3. Mix in yogurt and honey
  4. Enjoy with fresh fruit. We had it with strawberries, kiwi, bananas, and apples.
