Happy New Year!

We have made it to 2018 everyone! 2017 was a crazy year both in wonderful and not good ways. Here is to actively making 2018 a better year for yourself and everyone you meet.

My New Years Resolutions:

  • Read more books, minimum of 2 a month
  • Work out more, at least three times per week
  • Make sure everyday counts

Start the new year off right and try something new today, whether that is as simple as trying a new food or as crazy as starting something that you have been to nervous to do.

I’d love to know you resolutions going into the new year and that new thing that you decide to try today.
