On our walking tour, our guide told us that the view from these towers is the second best view in the city. The best view is from the bell tower of the Valencia Cathedral. You do have to pay to climb the bell tower and the stairs are narrow. The Serrano Towers are free to
The location where Valencia now sits once once a Roman city and those ruins can be seen at the La Almoina Archaeological Museum. This is a fairly inexpensive museum to visit and well worth the visit.
