I am done with draft four!

I’ve actually been done with it for a couple of weeks. I have sent the draft to a few friends to beta read for me and I’m waiting anxiously for feedback. The plan, once I receive all of their feedback here in the next few weeks, is to edit based off that feedback and then hopefully work with the editor I worked with on draft three. Then another round of edits based on the editors feedback. After that hopefully I can query agents because I do hope to traditionally publish.

Even if you indie publish, writing a book is not a short process and getting feedback and taking that feedback is not for the faint of heart. Please send all the good vibes. Also, if you are interested in more books stuff please feel free to follow my writing Instagram account. It’s good to already have an audience no matter how you are intending to publish.

    1. Mine is a contemporary romance based off the Greco-Roman myth of Pygmalion. I did gender swap the characters from the original myth. So in my version the artist is my female main character, and the one time statue is my male main character. Since I have problems with the original myth, my retelling focuses on consent, choice, and accountability.
