Writing Group: Hint

If you have been following along for a while you know that at club have been working on writing concisely. This prompt is called a Hint, a story written in just 25 words. I have been working on shortening one particular story over time. Telling a story in 25 words is difficult. A lot of us found that our 25 word stories were actually great attention grabbers for a longer piece.

What do you think of extremely short stories or other restrictions put in place while writing? Let me know in the comments.

Hint – 25 Word Story

The more they stomp, the more they fan the flames. For each spark smothered, another two flair. Show them what all those sparks can do.
