Colorado: Roadside Curiosities

The drive back from Creede took longer than it typically would have because Keltin and I couldn’t resist stopping and taking some pictures. We stopped once at a train bridge that spans the Rio Grande. It was just magical and beautiful with a cool breeze coming off the water.

Rio Grande in all its glory.

The second place was in South Fork to look at some old trains that used to be part of the now closed Rio Grande line that ran to Denver. The trains are in pretty bad condition but it is neat to stop and see them as they are just off the roadside.

Old passenger train cars.

What do you like to stop and take photos of as you travel? Have a great weekend!

Thank you KW Photography for allowing me to use your wonderful photo!
