Zaanse Schans Windmills
Yes, this was SUPER touristy. Yes, I dressed up to get cute photos. Yes, I was cold but it was worth it.
Feeding Pigeons in Dom Square
Yes, this is a lot of birds. No, they did not poop on me for which I was grateful. Yes, I did have food in my hands to get them to land on me. No, they are not really scared of people at all. Yes, I would do it again.

I have never been swarmed by birds like that. It was a little disconcerting, but ultimately fun. They were warm and got heavy fast.

It is very disconcerting. They are not afraid to mingle among people when the pay-out is always a willing tourist to feed them. 😉

I was in Amsterdam in May, 2017 and the pictures are coming up in my Facebook memories. It was an amazing trip and such a wonderful place. Looking forward to seeing more of your visit too. Did you go to Keukenoff?
