Valencia: Petit Palace Ruzafa

While planning this trip I had no idea where to stay. Emily was able to get a list of hotels and hostels from her study abroad program. They didn’t have deals with them or anything but were known to be good. After looking through them we decided on the Petit Palace Ruzafa hotel and loved it.

This hotel is in a very popular part of Valencia and the locals like to stay up late. Also, as with many European cities, there isn’t much air conditioning if any so the room did get warm. We did sleep with the windows open to cool down but it was loud at night, inexpensive ear plugs were a life saver. We got the cool breeze in the room and to sleep in peace.

We were able to include breakfast with our stay but it is not included with the price of the room. This hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the heart of Valencia and places like the Mercado Central. It is a bit oThere is plenty of public transportation but this city is very pedestrian friendly and we walked almost everywhere.

See our full room tour below (including the view from our tiny balcony)! This was a comfortable and cute hotel in a popular area that I definitely recommend if you visit Valencia. Leave no trace and safe travels!
