I know, it has been awhile since I posted a recipe but life gets in the way. Anyway I have done a ton of cooking recently and I have a few fantastic recipes to post. The first of which is perfect for spring.
My boyfriend’s parents were in town last weekend and we decided that a picnic at Trinity Park would be perfect. Well a cold front blew in but we went anyway and it was a cool but wonderful morning. I made this yogurt dip the night before; I hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.
- 1 C. Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Tsp. Lime Zest
- 1 Tbs. Lime Juice
- 1 ½ C. Original Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tbs. Local Honey
- In a sieve set over a bowl place the raspberries. Mash with a spoon, juicing the raspberries. Discard seeds.
- Mix in lime zest and juice.
- Mix in yogurt and honey
- Enjoy with fresh fruit. We had it with strawberries, kiwi, bananas, and apples.
